16Jul - This is a really simple and nice site: SWOOPCREATIVE (flash player required). I see again a centered-box-content site... It seems that this approach became a trend. I like in particular how this designer combined the idea of old with the one of new.

People seek to improve things just when it is necessary to do so. People do not improve things in advance. If something works well, why change it? (maybe because it could work better)
How many of you run or train daily? Do you know how good it makes to the body, soul and mind? What about trying this for at least a month (day in and day out) ? Mail me afterwards and tell me how it works ;-). Remember, you can do whatever you want to do. (just a thought)
